Chapter Seven - A New Home

last chapter we discovered a bit more about Max, its only a matter of time untill Hope finds out aswell though but how long?

"So Max why did you wanna see my Island?"

"I dunno I guess I just wanted to see if it has potential..."

"potential for what?"

"Well I was thinking....  well this Island is a way away from the main land and well yanno Daisy and Gizmo would probaly prefer it if they could roam about a bit more..."

"hmmm.... I guess your right but I wanna keep the houseboat still after all it was Poppa's and well I feel strange selling it"

"thats alright it just meens the house we build isnt gunna be huge or out like that"

"Well thats fine by me I kinda like the idea of a cosy little home"

"anyway how about we get on land and see what we can do?"

"sounds good to me"

".....hello? yeh is this Paradice building company?... ahuh well I have a bit off a project for you.... yeh sure I will draw up the plan now.... alright see you soon...."

"guess I better have a look around the Island see if these rocks need to be cleared...."

"Oh hellloooo whats this...."

"yussss gold and a couple of grand that should help wonders.... now to start on the plans..."

"hmmm well it could be nice to have the rooms seperated by the outdoors... a bit like little huts... hmmm a spa would be awsome although we are on a budget so I'm gunna have to be carefull with my money hear.... hmmm yep put that there and that over there...... now to just wait on the builders......"

it wasnt long untill the builders showed up and got to work on the house Hope and Max stayed on the houseboat whilst the workers were busy after all they didnt fancy getting in the way"

The builders got the job done surprisingly quickly although they were building a rather small home so I guess that would be the reason

anyway U guess I should show you the results.....

I liked the thatch roof :3 I thought it looked good for an Island home anyway I guess we should take a closer look at the rooms right? :L

This is the balcony for the liveing room (I think thats what you would call it I dunno its a balcony on water :L) 

and inside the liveing room we have a spa :3 not forgeting the yoga mat of couse speaking of which you can download that hear I Love it :L and you get to choose what the rug looks like :'D probaly one of my fave item mods

the t.v area never know we could get some couch potatoes in the family :L you can also just make out the dog bed behind the settee

next up we have the kitchen its pretty spacious aint it maybe a little to big I dunno :$ what do you think? 

yep I am terrible at takeing pictures of interior and for that I apologize buuuutttt

Theres a bar :'D sweet sweet nector :L

and theres the table and the door :L oh also theres a light switch :D :D

and hears the bedroom for Max and Hope to have there snuggle time ;) :L pretty in blue :L 

theres a little studdy area aswell it has a laptop on the desk but you cant see it :O its the one that you get with university life anyway oh and its blue also knowing Hope she proably wont be doing any studdieing over there :L she's actualy a failing student poor Hope some how when I bunked of all the time I still managed to get put down for credits in my tests weird eh 0_0 butttt becuase I got ill I ended up not doing any actual tests and left shcool without any grades but what the heck its still possible to get somewhere in life without them right heck I could be a housewife :L 

and hear is the lovely little seating area see theres a settee and fancy pet bed from mod the sims :3 I think its a converted on from sims 2 o.O I'm not entirely sure :L

and look through the glass on the door can you see them?

yep chickens :'D :'D I really REALLY love haveing chickens on sims 3 although it was a bit expensive to get :$ but what the heck chickens are awsome :L and it meens Hope gets to earn a bit of money of the eggs

and of course there is deck chairs for lounging away in the sun on like a little kitty cat :') and theres 2 plant pots I dunno what Hopes planning on growing in them though what do you think she should grow? o.O

and the worlds tiniest step :L anywaaaaayyy Hope is on her way to check out the house for herself so guess we will stalk her about

"hey where you going Charles? I thought we were having fun? ahwell  better go feed Daisy and Gizmo"

"Grrrr why do they have to make bags of food so heavy? why?"

"oooooh jelly beans, wait? since when do jelly beans grow on trees? meh what ever I'm eating them"

"Mmmmmm yummy"

♪"I can live of french fried tochos candy bars and jelly beans if I never see your face again that would be to soon for me" ♪

"WHOA WHAT THE!"

"WOW THAT WAS AWESOME.... I want another one.... wait no Hope savor them they might not grow back"

"guess I should cut some of these gems this build has realy drained the money, gotta pay the bills some how right"

anyway thats chapter 7 finished sorry it wasnt all that brilliant :'S I promice the next chapter will be better and I don't break a promise but atleast it ends with a picture of Gizmo running riot :3 she's so cute :') anyway as I said sorry it wasnt that brilliant please let me know what you think of the house I have never build a house like this before so it was kinda new to me :L anyway thanks for reading I hope you enjoyed this chapter sorry I know its not the best :S but I promice next one will be better so keep your eyes peeled for it 0_0
